Securus Payments Hidden Fees Bot on Contract Portland Oregon

Once a year (usually Feb.) Securus Payments takes $100 from your checking acct. The first time I had only been with them for a few months. It has taken me 5 or 6 phone calls over 5 to 6 months to get the money back. The second year the girl I talked to from Securus told me they automatically take the money from every customer. They claim it's a PCI Compliance fee that the credit card companies charge, not them. They take the $100 yearly even if you're PCI Compliant.

This year I decided to cancel service. I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund because I was cancelling service.

I cancelled my bank acct. before cancelling in case they tried to rip me off.

Sure enough, I received a bill from First Data for $233.90. My monthly fees were around $22 and I didn't charge anything the entire last month and I was well past my contract period. This is 1 month after I just got ripped off for $100 for PCI Compliance (keep in mind if you're not PCI Compliant you're already paying a monthly fee).

They also have other small fees which aren't on the contract and my salesman swore several times there wouldn't be any fees that aren't on the contract.
