Sedgwick Claims Management Unscrupulous Company Lexington, Kentucky

I had a roof installed by Home Depot, and it soon began to leak causing damages in my home.

Home Depot took responsibility at the time, and said the leaks were due to faulty flashing around my sky lights, and they gave me their claim Dept to contact, Sedgwick Claims Management.

6 months have gone by and I received nothing but stall tactics, and a run around. They offered a fraction of the insurance adjusters estimate, and when we declined they decided to not pay, ignore our calls, and then said they are sending an engineer to make a determination. THat phone call took them a whole month to make.

After numerous calls following up with Sedgwick,  from both my lawyer and myself, to solve this issue, they said they did not like the engineers report, and were sending out yet another engineer.

This is clearly because the first engineers report was saying what they wanted it to say.

Engineer number two comes out, and his report is an absolute joke and complete nonsense.

Now they claim zero responsibility, when it is crystal clear what the issues were, and the flashing is the cause.

This company intentionally stalls, are grossly unprofessional, and clearly unscrupulous.

I am now in the process of taking them to court, and I will fight for justice, I will win, and hopefully the NYS board of insurance will finally do something about Sedgwick.

After reading so many similar complaints about Sedgwick, it is clear this is how they handle their business. It is a wonder how they have gotten away with this for so long.

Shame on Home Depot for allowing them to represent them when they pride themselves on customer service!

I am looking forward to exposing Sedgwick, online, in court, and especially in the media.
I cant wait!
