Sedgwick CMS - Sherrill Wilson Illegal, Unethical, Narcissistic, Thugs Lexington Kentucky

Even after the Judge said they could not stop my workers comp. checks they have anyway. I was also being denied any and all medical for my neck, even though the WorkMed/(((Redacted)))Doctor (a D.O.) where my boss took me said that I have both neck & shoulder injuries, with (2) two Board Certified D.O.s and (2) two Orthopedic Surgens that all concur on my injuries due to exrays & MRIs. An EMG now shows nerve damage at C5 on the left side. I got hurt in Oct.07, and while on "light duty" I got hurt again in Jan.08 and right in front of a supervisor! I was a 47yr old woman with a plate w/6 screws in my neck and was taken from an office clerical possition and put in the shop immediatly following my neck surgery, I believe due to complaints I filed with the Human Rights Commission. I have also since found out that "prior" to me being placed in this position that a very "robust" man had injured his neck in the same way. Yet "not one person" thought I should be told. On more than (3) three occasions I have lost the feelings in my legs causing me to fall, ungodly headaches, pain in both arms and the numbness in my hands is progressing further to more fingers and the numbness is getting worse. I can not lay down on my bed, but have to try to sleep in my recliner. I was in a car wreck in Sept.06. Healed so good after my fusion (C5-C7) I DID NOT NEED physical therapy. Their "Quack" has said all my injuries are from my car wreck and I did not get hurt at work. SOME ONE needs to do something with this company! Because I can guarrantee that my case worker does NOT have a Medical License. Yet she has ignored (4) four very well respected Doctors with specialized training. Please is their someone out there that can do something with Sedgwick CMS?
