LILLY and SEDUCTIVE SPELLS are PROFESSIONAL CON-ARTISTS! I wish I had known that they go by "Universal Solutions" on Ripoff Report. When I initially did my background check for scam complaints on this site, nothing came up at the time. Also, they don't tell you in advance or prior to payment that they go by "Universal Solutions." I followed all of their instructions, so I really thought I'd get a fast refund of $249.00, without any questions asked. In my refund packet, I asked them to honor the "100% Money Back Guarantee" policy, which is STILL stated on their web site! I was patient and waited 6 months, I had total faith in them, declined a reinforcement spell, and mailed the proper documents to the right address at the right time. After a month and still no refund, I was totally suspicious that they were FAKE so I did another Google search under "seductive spells reviews" and "seductive spells scams" and lo-and-behold, I found TONS of SCAM reviews. I then decided to email Lilly since it had already been over a month by then and still no refund to PayPal. She was VERY IRATE and THREATENED ME. Totally not the same person that was super nice to me during the consultation phase! I explained my dire situation of poverty: forced to live at a shelter, denied welfare and me and my kids going without food. By-the-way, not only did the spell not work, it went in the opposite direction and my luck got even worse! Of course, they always find some reason not to give you your money back!  My final comment is LILLY HAS A HEART OF STONE! Any positive reviews of Seductive Spells or Lilly is SUBMITTED BY THEM!
