I was needing a report on used vehicle and found this site www.seektd.com. I could get the report for $1 for a trial. So I went ahead with it. The report wasn't very useful and was hard to understand.
If the account wasn't cancelled in 7 days I would be charged $18.95 a Month for the service. I went to a chat with an 'employee' they gave me direction on how to cancel, but had to wait 1-2 days before the access would be granted. When I returned to the site to cancel it said the server was down.
I have not yet been charged the monthly fee, but am unable to cancel the account. I have no phone number for this 'company' and nor can I access the account.
Do Not fall for this!!! I did....

call your credit card company right now and report it stolen or lost, your about to be charged alot more than 18 bucks for sure.
this has been going on for quite a while now, i see alot of reports on this activity.
do it now, you will thank me.
