I purchased a 55 inch seiki tv less than 6 months ago, picture went out but you can still hear the sound. I called the company to report this problem and they told me that I had to pay and ship the tv back to them. It's unfair as a customer that I have to come out of pocket and ship back a defective device. I've looked online and this is an ongoing problem with this product. I will never purchase another Seiki product.
