We ordered a Sleep number bed from Select Comfort on a 30 day FREE TRIAL, when I ordered it I was NOT told that it was going to cost me for the return. It was a 30 day, no obligation FREE TRIAL. We went to return the bed and was informed it would cost us over $200.00, and was just informed it will cost me $200.00 to return it.
Don't bother getting this bed if two people sleep in it, some people just don't sleep good on air period

It Just Does Not Work For Me!

I am an employee of Select Comfort and my opinions do not reflect the company.
The company does have the return info on the website. Select Comfort does not offer a free trial. The info on the web site will explain this very clear.
Did you buy the bed online? I think you would find the in store experience much more informative. You will be able to see, feel, and experience what the Sleep Number concept is all about.
Be prepared to spend some time in the store. This is not like purchasing an traditional or foam based bed. It takes some time to educate yourself and find the bed to works for you the best.
If you not happy with the bed, Select Comfort would rather you tell the world "It just did not work for me" rather that create a bad customer experience.

I hear calls all days about warrenty issue-30 day trl and return issue.
I have the feeling people dont read the fine print or owners manual which alot
of the questions are anwered. the 30 in home trl does state in the owners manual about return policy you didnt have to pay $200 to return bed could have returned via ups your self for cheaper.
