Has a terrible better business bureau score of a D+ and charge upfront for a loan modification. I already did the research on them and learned my lesson just look at this video from someone who claims to have dealt with them

Don't pay these people a dime of your hard earned, last dollars when you can go to a non-profit for a home loan modification. 

I'm not saying they're a scam, just that I know someone who was hurt by them and you don't need to be to!
