It has been four years and I am still holding on but am not ill, mentally changed, and chronically angry over the stress this company has caused my family and myself.

I blessed the Lord when I started to recover from an auto accident until I found a gang of white collar crooks on my credit report. I had to fight the credit reporting agencies to take them off so I could refinance my home to start over. Underneath them was Fairbanks Capital. They had a connection called an association with all of these crooks. The refinance was to be redone after one year when those in power would reasses my credit with these crooks gone and upgrade my credit rating.

I did not know that the powers that are PMI and Fairbanks had no intention in reassesing my credit but wanted to destroy me for their own families to prosper. Now there is a class action suit finalized, making Fairbanks pay people a paultry 40 million, maybe 25 cents apiece. Even then, Fairbanks is trying to take my home. Even with the judgement against them in Federal court Fairbanks is trying to take my home. The local sherriff department, Oakland County Sherriff Department tells me it is not their problem if Fairbanks wants to dump me out and they do not know anything about a lawsuit that is supposed to stop them.

No one knows about the Federal Court Settlement against Fairbanks that was finalized on May 13, 2004, not even Fairbanks. Their answer is to change their name to Select Portfolio etc. I know why people hate our country but it isn't us it is those that are in charge like PMI, Fairbanks and the 18 other "predatory lenders" within our culture that cause part of the harm other countries feel when they know our culture. This is not capitalism. This is evil no matter which religion a person is.

There is a person called James in Rock Hill South Carolina who said he could offer information. Will you please contact me, James. I am due for Oakland County sherriff sale on August 2, 2004. The way Oakland County works it is I cannot file a charge against the sherriff for doing the public sale until I can somehow bring the attorney general of Michigan into the situation and he, Mike Cox, will not return my calls or mail.
