The reason i came upon this fraudulent company was only because they asked me for help in filling out the paperwork since it is all in english and the borrower was spanish speaking only. So i took a glance on the checklist they provided and did not think of it much so just asked for all the papers they needed for the SO-CALLED "Loan Modification" so once the borrower gave me everything thing i needed i told him that i would have everything filled out and ready to send out later that day. Also mention that i would look the company up in FTC website since i do not trust anyone good thing for that right. God himself could come down and tell me he will help me and i wouldn't believe him!!! Anyways I looked them up and of course i could not find them that easily since they changed their names to what they are now SPS previous name of the company is FAIR BANKS CAPITAL CORPORATION ahuh !!!! Found them they have been doing this kind of business since 2003 who knows maybe since they started the company. So although my family member did not get scammed i think this is a way of me letting people not to trust anyone always before you do anything legal papers, lawyers, doctors ,etc always look them up !!! They have license numbers make sure they do not have any delinquent background now is not the time to be giving $$$ away ! Go online   http://www.ftc.gov/ or call toll-free helpline:

1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) I already made a report with the ftc and i will make sure they know that they messed with the wrong person. I will do anything possible to see these people go to jail. But as many companies go down more emerge so keep an eye on both sides , front and back no time to be trusting everyone those times are gone.
