BEWARE OF LEGAL LOAN SHARKS. aka FAIRBANKS!
To anyone that can help. I was with Fairbanks Capital and they changed the name. I am now with SPS (Select Portfolio Servicing). I have been charged insurance fees, late fee, other fees, and no telling what else fees. I also have had to file bankrupcy.
I have been making my payments to keep my house. But they are not appling it correctly. How do I MAKE THEM correct it. I have been paying anywhere from $40-50.00 extra a month to get the fees paid down. I check my statements today. Guess what. they have NOW applied the overpay against interest and not showing it as unapplied funds.
THIS IS WRONG! WHAT CAN I DO!! Someone out there please help me. I did win the lawsuit back a while againt Fairbanks, but I only got a little over $100 for the crap they have caused me. This is WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! I wish the owners of these loan sharks had to deal with themselfs. That is what they are LOAN SHARKS! $%#@#^$%$#%^^ I had no choice. My loan was SOLD to them. How can I get out of this!

Select Portfolio is suppose to send me a itemized payment history for the last 3 years. I am holding my breath, hope I don't pass out.
