I spoke to Jennifer and Julie about placing my machines. I signed the contract and very excited to get my business up and running. Our machines were delivered and sat in my living room, and on my back porch for over a month. Every time I spoke to Jennifer she kept saying she had 90 days to place the machines and it was in the contract ( in very fine print at the bottom. ) I kept saying, Who would spend $9000.00 on machines and have them sit in you living room for 4 months? Trying to make a long story short, and after 2 months of talking with Jennifer and her telling me that the locator is on his way to Texas, or Texas is his next stop and then actually talking to the locator finally, and He is in Florida and had not even started toward Texas yet! Finally I had enough, Called Jennifer and told her that this business contract was not going to work! Her telling me that she would not give me my money back, Me getting the VENDSTAR REP involved and her agreeing to release me from my contract. The following day I recieved the papers to cancell our Contract ( Sept. 29, 2008). I sent the papers back the following day. 3 weeks went by and I called to see if she had sent me my refund, Julie said that Jennifer was out of the office and to call back. I called back that following Monday ( Oct. 27, 2008) Julie said the accountant and Jennifer were both on Vacation.

So, I called back on Nov. 5 and Julie said she had sent Checks had already gone out and my name was not on the list. Nov. 17 I finally spoke to Jennifer and she said My check would be going out at the end of the month. Today is Dec. 3, 2008, I just spoke to Jennifer and she said my check will be going out after the first of the year! I told her I could not wait until the first of the year, My son is sick and I have no money. SHE SAID, YEAH THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS, I DON'T HAVE THE YOUR MONEY. I told her that the economy is not my problem my son is my # 1 concern and I am in a realy bad situation. SHE SAID LAST MONTH WE WERE OK BUT, NOW I JUST DON'T HAVE IT. I said, Jennifer why didn't you just release my check last month when you had it? SHE SAID, I WAS ON VACATION WHEN THEY WENT OUT.

MY HUSBAND AND I LOST OUR YOUNGEST SON IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT IN 2001. WE RECIEVED A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY, THE MAJORITY OF THAT MONEY HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR OUR OLDEST SON'S FUTURE. THE REST WE TOOK AND BOUGHT VENDSTAR MACHINES. THEN WE SET SOME ASIDE TO RUN THE BUSINESS, BUT WE HAVE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER LOCATOR SERVICE TO LOCATE OUR MACHINES FOR US. THAT TOOK THE MONEY THAT WE HAD SET ASIDE TO RUN THE BUSINESS. THE 30 MACHINES THAT WE HAVE PLACE HAS ONLY MADE US $21.00 EACH IN THE PAST MONTH AND HALF. MY SON GOT SICK OVER THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY, TAKING HIM TO THE DOCTOR AND GETTING HIS MEDICINE PUT US IN THE NEGATIVE. I AM TRYING TO FIND A JOB BUT, THERE IS NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE. BECAUSE, I HAVE TAKE AND PICK UP MY SON FROM SCHOOL EVERYDAY. WE HAVE BEEN LIVING ON RAMON NOODLES FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS. IT IS TAKING EVERY OUNCE OF ENERGY THAT I CAN MUSTER JUST TO GET OUT OF BED, AND PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE. FOR MY SON.

SO JENNIFER, I AM SORRY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT DOING WELL, OR THAT THE ECONOMY IS NOT DOING WELL, PLEASE FOR GIVE ME IF I HAVE NO TEARS FOR YOU, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, I AM A LITTLE PRE OCCUPIED WITH TRYING TO HOLD MY FAMILY TOGETHER, AND TRY TO SAVE WHAT LITTLE WE HAVE LEFT. I HOPE YOU HAVE A VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY!
