Selinsky Force / Crane rigging and trucking Mike Davis, Project Manager, (((REDACTED))) / Scott Selinsky VP of operations (((REDACTED))) We hired Selinsky Force to hook up and pull our trailer into a restricted site (they were an approved vendor at Energy1 we were not) Canton Ohio

We hired Selinsky to pull our trailers in AND OUT OF AN eNERGY ONE PLANT WITH vENDOR RESTRICTIONS. Mike Davis gave us a price and we hired them. A few weeks earlier he did the same thing, performed well and we paid him in advance. On this Job same thing, he billed us and we paid him by wire transfer. On a friday we paid him to pull our trailer in, asist in loading it and haul a parts load. The job did not complete so we hired him again on Monday to pull our trailer out once loaded. He billed us for it and we paid him by wire transfer. The next day we were told by our driver, Selinsky's truck and men did not pull the trailer in and did not pull it out of the plant but charged us for the pulling in of the trailer and the pulling out but did not perform the services he billed us for. Instead like all scammers, he changed the wording on the billing to " CONTRACT PRICE"

THE PROBLEM WITH CALLING IT A CONTRACT PRICE IS THERE WAS NO CONTRACT SO THE ONLY CONTRACT IS BY E-MAILS WHICH COMPLETELY SPELLED OUT THE JOB, LEGALLY THE E-MAILS IS THE CONTRACT,  AND THE SERVICES NEEDED WERE STATED IN NUMEROUS E-MAILS BACK AND FORTH, THE JOB REQUIREMENTS WERE VERY CLEAR. NIKE EVEN PROMISED HE WOULD COORDINATE THE JOB TO KEEP COSTS DOWN. THE REASON WE KNOW HE DID NOT DO THAT IS HIS MEN WERE THERE BOTH DAYS FOR NO REASON AND NONE OF THEM ASSISTED, I AM QUITE SURE THEY WANTED THE JOB TO LAST FOREVER SO WE WOULD OWE THEM MORE.

THIS JOB COST 4 TIMES WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST AND SELINSKY REQUIRED US TO PAY IMMEDIATLY BEFORE THEY WOULD FINISH THE JOB. TOTALLY LIES AND RIP OFFS!!! I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED FOR SERVICES NO RENDERED, NO RESPONSE.

I EVEN TOOK IT UP THE LADDER TO sCOTT sELINSKY vp OF OPERATIONS, NO RESPONCE TO RETURN CALLS OR E-MAILS. MOST BUSINESS'S THAT DODGE THE PHONE ARE GUILTY!!!
