sellandrecyle.com theif scam trickery horrid nonpayment San Francisco California

Hello,

I was recently ripped off by sellandrecycle.com.  I sent them my phone for the offered value of $40 on July 12 2014 using the box and shipping label provided by them.  The website advertised fast payment and paypal payment within 24 hours of them receiving the device.  I had no further contact with this company until October 22nd 2014, not by lack of effort on my part.  I called multiple times and went through every option their automated phone system had trying to get a person.  Everytime it resulted in going to voicemail after sitting on hold and being cut off.

On October 22nd I finally received an email saying my device was received and approved for the $40 I was owed.  I waited 2-3 business days as the email stated would be required for it to process, but no payment was received.  I email them stating that their site clearly says "paypal payment will be processed within 24 hours" and I received an email saying they I would be paid in 24 hours.  This has sense passed, I emailed them back again, tried calling back again, and nothing.  Other than a bland email respose saying we will look into it.

SO after finding all sorts of similar stories on the internet I have decided I am not getting my money and have filed a report withe the Better Business Bureau as well as the Internet Crime Agency.  This is a ripoff for sure.
