A few months ago, we were contacted by phone by this company  to inquire if they could assist us in sellling a car that we  had listed on Craiglist, for $260. We thought that was a bit steep, but not having gotten any response on Craiglist, we listed it with Seller Networks. A few weeks later, we got a buyer from that ad, and that was that.

On July 14, 2015, we listed another ar on Craiglist, and called Seller Networks to list this one for us as well. Within 2 hours, we had a buyer from Craiglist, and right away called Seller Netoworks to cancel the ad. I was told that I had to do the request in writing, so I sent off an e-mail; next thing I'm old is that there is a certain procedure to follow  in the Terms of Sale at tradenetautos.com. I followed those instructions (which included a requirement of a notarized bill of sale) to the letter, and after at least a dozen phone calls to Seller Networks about all this, I find out that that my bill of sale is no good because it was to have been on a form downloaded from the DMV.  I can't believe I was never told this up front with all the phone calls and all the different customer "service" individuals I dealt with there. That information was not  included in the instructions I was directed to at all.

Our buyer lives in another state, and when he came to pick up the vehicle, we all took the bill of sale which I had made up on the computer to the notary at the bank. Unfortunately, the first time the buyer came to look at the vehicle and left us the deposit (the same day we placed the ads), it was too late in the day to get the notary.

During all this time, my ad also showed up in the Seller Network listings, complete with pictures that I never sent them or told them to lift from Craiglist, which is apparently what they (mis)use to drum up business for themselves.

I would never use this company again if I could possibly help it. Every time you call there you're at least number 5 or 6  in queue. You always have to speak to someone different and explain the whole situation over again. Then you're told you will have an "appointment" or a call back from the supervisor in a day or two. If you happen to miss it, you have to call back and start all over again. I don't think Seller Networks ever had any intention of giving my $260 back, and I think they count on the customer getting disgusted and giving up.
