Tenants-Beware
1. Your lease may contain illegal information:
(a) Late charges 10% plus $5.00 per day
(b) Excessive and illegal charges to keep your security deposit
(1) Painting and cleaning charges
2. Not a good landlord-very slow about making repairs...if at all
3. Very rude in dealing with everyday problems. Very demanding for no reason.
They always assume the tenant is in error.
4. From what is told...they do everything to try to keep your security deposit.
5. They own many buildings (Victory and Shoup) (Topanga Cyn and Saticoy) plus others.
