I purchased an email software program from Sendblaster 4-19-10 and began studying their software.  After a day of trying to figure out how the software worked, I found some aspects of this software that was not at all to my liking.  On the third day after my purchase I emailed Sendblaster and asked for a full refund, which is well within the company's posted 15-day guarantee for a full refund if not satisfied.  Sendblaster has continued to ignore my refund requests, with a total of 3 emails sent asking for my refund.

I also requested another company that had an offer associated with Sendblaster's software, and they were quite nice and forwarded my request.  After a full week, and three requests for my money to be refunded, I still have not heard back from this company.  I have also filed a formal complaint through my personal bank and Visa.  At this time I would highly recommend anyone looking for an email software program to steer away from Sendblaster.  They owe me $94.48 in US dollars!

We already refunded our customer

We received the first support ticket from our customer on 04/20/2010. He asked a question about the SendBlaster price.
On the same day, We answered the ticket. The price (USD 94.48) is the result of the conversion Euro/Dollar (We are an italian company, so 68 EUR = about 94 USD).

On thu, Apr 22 2010 we received the second ticket, in which our customer said that he already sent a support ticket asking for a refund, and that he wasn't answered.
But in the only ticket we had there's no request for a refund...

Anyway, we fully refunded the customer, then answered him again in order to confim that the refund was ok.

We apologize for what happened, probably our customer didn't receive our e-mails. Furthermore, the international refund process from the italian banks to the United States banks tipically require some day.

But we confirm that we refunded the payment.

Sendblaster works well

I have been using sendblaster for 3 years and after learning the program and it's functions, it worls well.

You have to take the time and read the directions, it is not something that a novice can just pick up and expect it to send out mail.
