This company has phone numbers that don't answer, and emails that bounce. They took money out of my account to send it a friend of mine, then they ask for verification of who I am and tell me to send the information to an email that is not listed on their site, and the name of the company is spelled wrong. so I was afraid to give out more information. I asked to refund the money and cancel the transaction. they refused.

My bank is filing a claim against them.
