I am exicted that I am able to find this forum to express my frustrations: there is this money transfer company called sendvalu with the website :www.sendvalu.com and email: support@sendvalu.com based in Malta but claims to have a US rep office.
I looked at the website and saw Masters, Visa and SSL designs in addition to the green lock security logo on the browser which gave me the impression that this is a reliable company.
I sent money through this website on July 2nd, 2018 which they guaranteed me that they will be delivering in 24 hours. Today is already 05th and they are neither picking my calls nor replying my emails. It is only then that I have tried to check their reviews where I have seen many classifying them as internet scammers.
It is in this line that I seek your advice on how to manage such a situation as they claim to have a US agency with contact:+1-315-510-4016.
