seneca/vitabella skin solutions vitaskin.com returned product with RMA# and still waiting for refund Santa Ana California

I saw the skin care product on-line, and started to fill out the order form then cancelled it. About a week later I recieved a call that offered the product for a lower price. So I thought I'd try it after letting the telemarketer I didn't want to get charged an outragous amount after 2 wks. I didn't get both products at the same time so I called the company and was assured that the second product will be delivered in two days. I tryed to change my trial date to reflect both products being delivered at different times.    I decided to cancel my order at 14 days. I was still charged the $99.73 for the creams. I then called the company and was given the info to return the unused portion to get my refund. The RMA# is158955358559660 for one and RMA 194827358554774 for the other. I sent the stull back with a tracking # from the post office and found it had been delivered on 12/08/2014.

So here it is 01/10/2015 with a disconnected customer service # and no refund of $99.73 in my account. Now I see this person or persons running this scam are now going with tryvitaskin.com with the same physical address and new # of 1-888-403-5993. I did call this a.m. and got a recorded message that they are closed, so on monday a.m. I am going to call them and try to get my refund.
