I had been on SFF for a period of time, and took a break. Then, I signed on again in November. I designated a three month period, and never checked my bank statements. Since I had designated a three month membership, I had expected an free month, per their promise on the membership page.

Instead of the three month billing, they billed me for a month, and the next month....at the higher monthly fee.

I lost my card, notified the bank, and got a new one....thus cutting of their line to renew at the higher cost to me. This led, when they couldn't bill and cut off the membership, to finding that they'd been billing monthly...as I do not check my bank statements.

When a young man called yesterday, he said I had designated that they could charge my card, when, in fact, the first action I took after signing up again was to check the box limiting this action.

They post photos that are distasteful....particularly on my "New Matches"....and the photo is of a man who has not even checked into the site "in over three months"....as the say in "New Member Photos".....were they show this photo also.

If he's a "new member", where's he been for over three months? That's not "new" to me.....but in fact, quite stale.

There are points that can be accrued for certain activities. They chose, by their own accord, to begin removing these points by notifying me when an e-mail was read. I had NEVER requested that service. However, many, many other members have complained of this action, also.

The blog page has been stuck for weeks...........

Nearly everyone has the same complaints.

However, I am simply tired of the aggrevation, and the continued attempts....9 e-mails at this point.....with absolutely no response but the phone call yesterday....

There has to be something better.

Even as a standard member, it's aggrevating.

AND....I want off SFF. BUT, I want ALL of my info removed, because they keep it and show it as if I was active, as they do all the others who have left, to inflate their numbers.

These people are frauds.....cheats......dishonest.......dishonorable.......and not worth the time I have expended.

BUT, I WANT ALL MY INFO OFF THEIR SITE!

HELP!!!!
