Senior Trust Reverse Mortgages Focus, Inc. BEWARE!! MISLEADING SALES TACTICS!! LIES!! NO REFUNDS OR LEADS!!! Tampa, Florida

Beware of Senior Trust Reverse Mortgage - AKA Focus, Inc.  They try to sell reverse mortgage leads.  Reverse Mortgages are a great program, but companies like this should not be allowed in this industry.  They are a used car advertising agency trying to jump into the reverse mortgage market.  My story seems to be fairly common and the word needs to get out before any more companies are lied to and stolen from.  They have sales reps who lie about thier services.  Their company representatives lie to you as well.  They hide behind thier owner who seems to fit right in with the used car industry/businss.  They are full of guarantees, but after you pay them, nothing of what they originally state happens.  Your contract means nothing.  It has been months and they still owe about $2,000 in leads.  Thier contract states you will not be charged for non qualifying leads/properties.  THIS IS A LIE!!!  None of the leads that were invalid were replaced.  There is no communication from anyone in thier company and they stop returning any calls, emails, or any type of communication.  The only way to fight companies like this is to file complaints against them and get enough momentum going for the AG office to take notice and the BBB has similar unresolved complaints filed against them.  If you are a victom of this company email the address below and a class action lawsuit will be pursued with enough support.  There are plenty of you out there, now we just have to get everyone to gather together and put a stop to this company.

Hopefully they will stop thier practices.  For those other individuals who posted on this site, hopefully you have also filed your complaints with the appropriate agencies.  If they steal a little bit of money from a lot of people, unfortunately it makes Raul Vazquez a money.  For those who are considering purchasing reverse mortgage leads from this company I ask you to find your leads elsewhere.  There are many ethical companies out there providing quality leads and want to build a relationship with you, not steal your money are run!
