I purchased this product from the Apple online store a few months ago. I was initially excited to receive my new headphones but they eventually failed to meet any of my expectations.
First of all, the sound quality is mediocre - at best. The headphones that came with my iPhone were far better in this area.
More importantly, I purchased this product primarily because the manufacturer boasted superior fit and comfort (as well as sweat resistance). However, after trying every possible combination of the supplied fittings, I just couldn't make it work for my left ear. It's very frustrating to have to make adjustments almost every 20-30 seconds when you're trying to enjoy your run/workout.
Finally, I was extremely shocked and disappointed with Sennheiser's customer support - or, more accurately, lack thereof. When I contacted them on the advice of the Apple online store, they simply brushed me off - claiming that it wasn't their problem. Please keep in mind that it also took over 2.5 weeks and 3 separate emails until I received a response of any kind.
I will never purchase any Sennheiser products again and would advise others to do the same.
