I don't know where to start....when I set up this arrangement with them I said every 2 weeks because I get paid bi weekly and I know they usually charge every week. I was told okay only for them to take money out my account per week. Once I realized this I called and was treated disrespectfully,rudely,and in a horrible condensending manner. I work at a call center so I know the stress that comes with a job which is why I try to be calm. It didn't work because their cs skills are horrible so I ended up cursing and raising my voice
Finally, I relented and got the biweekly payments back on track and the money was taken out of my account. I was reassured that my payments would be taken out my account every 2 weeks. Soooo....two weeks and 5 days later I get an auto call from the company saying to call them back. I call back and was told that I'm late for my payment!! Late for my payment... Ma'am I set this up for auto pay every two weeks so how am I late?! I'm put on hold and am told,"sorry,it was a issue with our system and we didn't take the money out but we can go ahead and take care of it right now!
For more than one reason, I don't have the money in my account right now! I was told that I'm behind on my car payment and I needed to fix it. In my mind I'm thinking that they're behind in my payment since it was an issue on their end so they need to rectify it. I budget my bills and other expenses down to the wire and this company is making it very difficult to do so. I can not afford to pay for their financial mess ups.
I called today and was told that my card declined! My card all of a sudden declined today but Wednesday I was told that something was wrong with their system. But of course that note isn't in the system which is ironic because it's the same thing that was told to me when I talked to them the second time about biweekly payments. Accountability is not something this company knows about
So now, I have no clue on what to do. This situation has helped cause me migraines and has added to my already high risk pregnancy. I can not afford in any manner to deal with this company's lack of professionalism and responsibility. I can't go over the budget that I have made for me and my family especially when it isn't my fault.
I'm so close to seeking legal advice as well as contacting media and other outlets to complain about the issue this company brings to its consumers.

This is my second vehicle with Sensible Auto and I just hung up the phone from this very similar situation. They did this to me twice within 6mths with my account. Their customer service is terrible this time around. I told the supervisor I spoke to tonight that she and her team need more training. I am in management and I would never allow my associates to be so cold and heartless. I told her that I would not recommend Sensible to incapacitated animal! I had no problems with them the first vehicle. I think the younger their reps get, the less respect and empathy they possess. My issue was I overpaid or as they called it "paid ahead" and they decided to not take a pymt on my scheduled date bcz of this "overpayment" n they tried to take it a week later. They argued me down that my Pymts are automatic, my rebuttal was if this is so then why didn't it come out in the scheduled date! They couldn't answer me. I am so disappointed in the service I recieved this evening.
