Back in December of 2010 I purchased an electronic item for kitchen use from J.C. Penny in Atlanta GA.  At that time, I received a rebate for the purchased product.  I followed the exact instructions I was given only to receive a letter at the last minute that I had to provide a physical address rather than a P.O. Box.  So I called and spoke with a representative who told me to fax in the form with my physical address, which I did immediately and I would be fine.  I never got the rebate or heard from the company again.  I called them again only for them to say "o we never got the fax (i have the conformation that the fax went through) and that it was too late to collect the rebate.  These people are ridiculous and they have the worst customer service.
