I ordered most of my sons Christmas presents from sensoryuniversity.com on December 2nd. I recieved an email on December 5th stating that they had been shipped. Seven days later I still had not recieved them so I called the "customer service" phone number only to be told that I had to contact the company by email. After emailing the company I recieved a response saying that 14 BUSINESS days was standard shippeing for them and that my order was considered on time. On December 21st I began trying to contact the company to find out the status of my order. No response was ever given to me. It is now Christmas day and I do not have the toys to give to my autistic son. This company has ruined this day for me. Be advised that if you are going to order from this company you need to do so at least a month before you need your items! If you have any problems with your oder you are definately on your own because this companys customer service is a joke!!
