I called SentryLink LLC and requested a National Criminal background report on an employee; this was necessary for him to get on a military base to do work for our company on this base.
SentryLink sells these for $19.95. I paid with a credit card , and expected a full report.
My guys got to the base today, and this person was denied access based on something the military base found that was NOT on the presumably thorough National Background check sent to me by SentryLink LLC.
So, he is 200+ miles from home and cannot go to work.
The person I spoke with at SentryLink was rude and kept talking over me , and helped me in NO way!!
