SEO takes time, and if you're are not patient, that's simply out of anyone's control. I had some very competitive keywords with Matt. It took about 6 months reach page one. And I was not complaining because I knew it will get there eventually.

Sometimes people just post negative review out of the blue on forums without even asking for an update for his/her campaign on the ticket. That is just pathetic, in my opinion. Matt has a FANTASTIC customer support. Probably one of the best I've ever experienced. 

Are you reporting me for being abrasive with you or because we ripped you off?  I'm in a position where I do not have to kiss the bums of folks attempting to rip us off.  You paid for profile links and you received them.  I ought to file a report here for you trying to rip us off.

We take great pride in the fact that our positive reviews outnumber negative reviews like this almost 125 to 1.  This person purchased several profile links package from us and then was upset that the links we provided him were forum profiles with his anchor text and url.  The complainant then called our sales manager stating he was going after every backlink vendor he has ever purchased links from if we didn't give him his refund.  We declined given the fact he received what he paid for and has received link juice to his site as a result.  We did however refund the money on four campaigns that hadn't gone out yet when he requested the refunds.  I am in fact very abrasive to those individuals who blatantly try to rip us off.  Also this person disputed the charges with Paypal and they sided with us.  When he came at us attacking us on the Warrior Forum he was quickly banned.  Not sure what else I need to do to defend against this individual but rest assured I'll fight this to the end of time if I have to.
