Septic Savior LLC Scam artist- demanding payment when payment is not due Deerfield beach Florida

I get a call from some fast talking "Joe Pessci"sounding-guy from Septic Saviors LLC ,claiming I owe the company $49.75. He states that we have not paid the last installment of the $199 for a septic treatment that was purchased in 2007. 2007 that's 8 years ago that's a big red flag there. Yes I did purchase this and did pay the $199 in full payment . I don't do payment plans I pay in full ,because I can. Well this guy hounded me for at least 15 minutes on the phone. I told him to prove it and send me an invoice. Well the joker did. You wouldnt believe this . No actual billing date , no company phone number , no payment dates, a made up appr#.  I does stated paid by check yet it's states credit card. Then I dawned on me this was the same fast talking moron that  try to sell me another product . This guy wouldnt take no for an answer . Last time he called was about 4 years ago and I told him or septic system is no more. We were annexed in to the city and were force to tap in to the sewer system. Oh one more thing . I try to use the call back function on my phone to give this guy an a*s chewing. Well when I called (708) 201-7737 this is the number he called from I received a" this number you have dialed is not in service". Another big red flag. Nice try buddy.
