my name is john of pomapno beach,fl. I am extremely disgusted in Sera Martell. This realtor was going to rent me office space in their building for 4,500. it was on the beach with a great location. however the office was an absolute mess. she said she would fix it up before I moved in on feb 1st, 2005. When Feb 1st rolled around the office was a mess and I could not move in. I never signed the lease or ever moved in. This lady is now keeping my 4,500 dollars from me. I have never dealt with such a shady person in my life. I have also talked to realtors in town who have worked for this foul mouth lady and have found out that she also keeps everyones last check when they quit working for her as well. I encourage anyone thinking of doing business with Sera Martell Realty to not just walk but RUN!!!
