DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I Did and it's awful. They emailed me that a picture frame I ordered they don't even stock anymore and they would mail out my order the next day. This was on April 16th. I placed my order on April 7th. Your telling me it took them that long to figure out that what I ordered they didn't even stock, and yet it was still on the website even after they emailed me.  You are suppose to receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days. On the 11 business day I emailed to find out where my order was. They forgot to ship it. To make it up to me, the sent me an ugly pair of earrings, that I would never wear or want in my life. They say they are their best selling earrings that cost $18, but the earrings aren't even on the website. If they aren't on the website, how can the be the best selling item? Seriously, you can go to Claire's and buy the same earrings for under $12 and they will look nicer. I needed to return 1 item, since they messed up on my shipping I wanted them to take my item back with free shipping, they
wouldn't they said they gave me free earrings that I didn't ask for. They would rather take my whole order back, so they could get free moneyon their 15% restocking fee, which I refuse to pay. They don't care if I return because they get free money.

I tried going threw the BBB and that didn't work. My case went unresolved. They said I was the problem and I was trying to get something for free because they messed up and I want to return my merchandise and not give them my money when I get nothing in return. They are scam artists who are trying to sell jewelry. Save your money. To seriously think this is how they treat their customers when I spent almost $300 buying jewelry from them for my wedding. I wish people had written reviews on them for me, so I didn't have this mess. DON'T ORDER!

I was on a wedding website. They had 1 good review and 2 bad reviews. I wrote my bad review which gave them a score of 0.5/5. The next day I checked and a great review went up on how wonderful their customer service is and how helpful they are. I think they might be writing the good reviews of themselves. It improved their score to a 2.5/5. Be careful of the good reviews. It's really fishy that the good reviews came so quickly after my bad review and was so great that they it brought their score up so much. I think they are writing their own reviews because they have such bad customer service that they have to make themselves look good.
