Serenity Contractors LLC Charlie Meredith & Vera Weaver Liar, Thief, and Scam Artist Beaver Springs Pennsylvania

On June 8, 2016 we hired Charlie Meredith to do some work in our home. He came and gave us an estimate for $1500, and wanted $750 up front. We wrote him a check for the $750 and as soon as he left our home he immediately went to our bank and cashed it, and we have not seen him ever since.

He was supposed to be at our house on June 9 between 8 & 9 a.m. and he didn't show up. He called at 10:30a.m. and said that he had to snake a drain at someone's house & was going home to change his clothes, then would be coming to our house to start the jobs that we agreed on. At 12:45 he called, saying that he was at his supplier and wanted to know what type of faucet that I wanted Stainless Steele or Chrome, that was the last we heard from him until the next day when I received a text message from the owner of the company Vera Weaver saying that he was in the hospital. When I asked what hospital and I called, they had never heard of him.
We have told him that we want our money back, he was supposed to show up on June 14th by 11a.m., when I messaged him at 1:18p.m. asking what time he plans on showing up, then at 3;59p.m. he had said he just woke up, and it's been nothing but lies and attitude from him since then.
We will be filing a civil lawsuit to recover our money.
I HIGHLY recommend NOT hiring this company to do any work for you, because the most that he will do is take your money & not do the work.
I just want to give fair warning to everyone!
