I contacted this serge adel about 2 english bulldog puppies needing a home, she told me all I had to pay was $180.00 for the adoption fee and the puppies would be on there way. So I did, sent it western union to Chi Serge- on the 9th day of July. Then the ipata pet delivery service contacted me to tell me they need $720.00 more dollars for insurance ,cages, and certificate of ownership. What the heck , so I went online to find out about this place and there isn't one, So I thought call them, I did some man answered and refused to talk to me. I either want my puppies or my money these scammers took! Don't come to america fools!!!! God is going to punish you!!!!

This is a follow-up to the scam report on Serge Adel. I was almost jipped to pay $180 for a yorkie from Serge but this scam report saved me from wasting my time and money. Beware of Mr Serge and his persuasive emails that his "dog" needs a loving home

THE PRICE! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. My very dear friend has been breeding healthy (for bully's) and beautiful bulldogs forever. Currently, her dogs run from $2800 to $3500. EVERYTHING is in writing (even deposits) and both parties have copies. She has a gazillion references. People looking, are constantly running into people who have bought who gush. Even her vet purchased one of her puppies for his brother. AND YET, we are CONSTANTLY being asked about the $600, $900, $1200 one in the paper?????? The answer is that there is NO dog. We know this because for every ad, we talk to like 5 people who sent the money. I belive that you get what you pay for, but with all the recent scams, it's just way too easy for these people.

Beware of puppies being delivered by IPATA

There are thousands of scams being generated saying that "IPATA pet delivery service" or another company that starts with the name "IPATA" is deliverying a puppy (or other animal), wants money sent by Western Union or moneygram and offers cheap delivery services.
Please be aware that IPATA is a trademarked name for a membership association of companies that transport pets under their OWN company name! IPATA does NOT ship pets under their own name. I am the Association Director for IPATA and get at least 5 phone calls or emails a day asking when a puppy will be delivered. There is no puppy; there is no shipment; IPATA is in no way involved in transporting pets under the IPATA name. Do not send money.
Please refer to our website at www.ipata.com and click on the "Beware of Scams" link for more information, things you can look for to see if something is a scam and places where scams can be reported. When YOU receive an email or website that you think is a scam, try looking at the web hosts website or the email ISP and search their "Terms of Service" to see who you can report a TOS violation to. Then, email them the web or email address indicating that you are reporting a TOS violation and asking them to take action to stop the company or individual using their service to fraudulently scam through the Internet.
