serpalos llc scam me they were investors buying my home lakewood ranch Florida

they contacted me over my home for sale for 69.000.   they said they investors wanting to buy my home. they offered cash closing in 14 days ,   we negoticated price for this at 60,000$    they said they would send contract imeadeatly on my email    this was on friday     on Mondayn afternoon I called them back.   They then tried to low ball me and offered 49.000.   I told then they had a agreement and doing this was bad porfessional behaiver and hung up    my house is nice and remodeled,     they call me back apoligized and agreed to the 60,000    and sent a contract,   is was weird and talked about them selling house, when i asked them about it they assured me it was just a generic contract,    so i singed it and sent a scaned printed copy      then two days latter they call and said the had 37 investers to show my home.      they said they were investers   a lie    they said i did not agree to sell for 60,000    another lie    when i sent email cofronting them about it    they never answered. they contiued to call and harres my neighbor who once i used there phone to call them , i told them not to call them I emailed them severial times not to call them   I told them i would call bbb and report them
