Serta Matress - American Matress RIPOFF! Lafayette Indiana

Bought a 1599 retail mattress, floor model $599 out the door. GREAT DEAL!!! 5 months later, bed sags HORRIBLY. contacted AMerican MATTRESS. referred to SERTA Rep. Serta Rep says are their any stains, I said yes, one stain from a kitten paw that had a claw removed. Sorry no warranty. And the fact that I bought this mattress as a floor model, no warranty. No one at any time told me this mattress would not have a warranty. I called American Mattress after speaking with this Serta Rep, no answer imagine that. Called from another phone, the guy answers, imagine that... Tells me to contact Serta for any more help... Serta will not help me I am sure. I will file here and with the better business bureau, and then with consumer protection division... What a RIPOFF!!!! I was mislead not only by American Matress but also lied to by Serta!!!!
