I received a very poor copied letter from Service Evalation Concepts with a fake cashier's check for $1980.00. The letter gives detailed step by step instructions on how to deposit check and text them to two different numbers with each step. They also have an email to send completed steps to: evaluationconcepts@earthlink.net.The letter has a guys name (Richard Taylor), the company name, and a phone number at bottom right corner.
