I took my car in for hail dmage repair. They kept it for 5 days over estimate with no call. I figured if they need the time to do a good job so be it. When I was told the car was ready to go. I first went to pickup my car and the headliner had greasy hand prints on it and there were holes torn in the headliner when they removed it. There were screws noticably missing and screws lying in the cupholders. The new hood had a chip in the paint.

They said they would repair it and kept it another couple of days and I never heard from them so I went to pick it up. The paint chip had been repaired, but the headliner was not touched, and there was now a scratch on the dash. I was told the manager was on vacation and it would be a week before he got back to authorize this repair. I called my insurance company that literally forced me to go there. They told me they would take care of it, I received a call to bring right in that they would replace the headliner. I left it with them again. I came back the next day to pick it up. This time I got in it and found the rear seat belt was not bolted back in place and the clothes hanger in the rear was broken and there was a screw missing and screws still lying in the cup holders. The dash was not fixed and was told that they would give me a $50 allowance for the scratch. I then started looking at the console to where my DVD player wiring normally was and that was missing. I reached around above the headliner and nothing.

How many chance do these people need, I drive home with an appointment for next week to bring it back again so that they could fix the problems. On the way home the overhead console feel down on me, I immediately turned around and took it back. I stood around for 30 minutes when they looked for screws to put it back in place.

I was told that I would receive a call to reschedule me to bring in my truck on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and no call.

I gave up on them and went to the dealership and traded it in. I loved my truck and now I have a new one, but it is not the same. I lost everything I had added to the vehicle plus since it was only a little over a year old I lost money on the trade.

If you looked at their workmanship is was very very shody. When you look at a repair you should not be able to tell it was repaired. Paint on the rubber, hood bolts rounded off.

They keep saying that it is guaranteed, well how much on this return visits of shody work can a person take. I gave up on them....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY SERVICE KING.
