Service Star Realty Dora Pinter (Co owner) Fraudulent Charges Phoenix Arizona

 We rented a home in Maricopa, AZ from these people. Upon move in we were charged 350 for cleaning, 550 for pets, and 900 deposit. Every time we contacted them for repairs we got told by Bella that the house was just too far from them to get things done. When we got ready to move we were told that a walk thru was not possible because of the distance from the office, but they would do a video and compare it to the one from the previous tenants, and we would be contacted to be present. We were never contacted, but got a bill for 725 for damages (the house was returned to them in move in condition), they kept the deposit, pet fee, and cleaning fee totaling $1800. The charges they claim were due included another 350 cleaning fee, a 250 move out coordination fee, and 400 to paint approx. 12"x 24" mismatched strip of paint that was on the closet wall when we moved in. We filed a dispute in writing return receipt and they ,to this day, have never provided any proof that any of these charges are valid. They sent this to collections 6 months later. Since they refuse to resolve this, I will be suing them for every penny of my money back. Oh and they rented the house to someone else one week after we moved out
