Hi I was getting my service dogs certified and sent a money for  for a stolen money and a stolen order and a picture of him that was taken professionally to be on the certification card {ID card}. I never heard  and never heard so I filed and a stolen picture.  About a month later SARA sends me a copy of the envelope stating it never arrived until such a date which any one can put a date on anything and claim.    They told me they wanted more money and my dogs picture would not do and it is a professionally taken that I paid to have taken for Christmas and to certify him.    They cashed the money order so I turned them in to the better business bureau twice to get the money and the picture.    I got the money back but they wont send the picture back and are keeping it, which makes it stolen property. I am going to filing in small claims for the cost of the picture plus filing fees. The picture cost 60.00 dollars along with other pictures. I have called the about the picture and emailed them and wrote them giving them a date to return it and they have not.    They  have a rating of an F!!!!!!!!!. This business is a rip off and a scam.  I also heard from other certification places about the complaints people have on SARA they take the money orders, checks, people pet pictures and never hear from them again
