SERVPRO of Mandarin owner Tom. Braddock Charged 5000 dollars for home cleanup and sending clothes, shoes etc for cleaning , after paid said items weren't included Jacksonville Florida

I had a mold outbreak in my home and Tom Braddock owner of SERVPRO of Mandarin came out to give me an estimate which was 3 to 5 thousand for cleanup of my home and sending clothes shoes and handbags to a specializesd dry cleaner that takes care of mold. I called two days later to schedule the job and inquire about pricing. i was told it would be 5000 due to how extensive the job was but assured they would take care of everything. i paid 2500 dollars at the start of the job and another 2500 upon completion and was told my personal items would be returned after they were cleaned and mold free. After two weeks I called to ask about them and was told that the cleaning of those items was not included in the original 5000 dollars and if I wanted them back I would need to pay more. I called Tom and reminded him of our witnessed conversation that everything was included in the 5000 I paid and he began screaming at me that he had no idea how much the job was going to cost, the 5000 I paid was just an estimate, and I had told him I wasn't sure i wanted my clothes cleaned (which is crazy) then began insulting me saying I didn't even know what caused my house to mold etc. I then explained I needed an itemized list that day because my insurance was asking me to show a breakdown of the 5000 dollars I had paid. He said I wouldn't be getting it for at least two days until he decided to finish it. After getting over the trauma of this conversation and realizing this guy was attempting to hold basically everything I owned for ransom to get more money, I began telling everyone I know. I had several contractors and insurance agents tell me this guy was a snake and could not be trusted. This guy is an incredibly dishonest, egotistical (with absolute no reason to be) bully and I will make sure everyone I know agrees to never do business with Sevpro of Mandarin.
