Servpro of Scottsdale owner Jeff Ottoway delayed the payment of my wages upon seperation after I resigned. Legally he had no authority to do so. He put in writing he was withholding not only my wages but expenses I incurred when representing his business. He does not observe State Labor Laws and has a mind of his own. I requested repeatedly payment of my wages which I checked with the AZ Dept of Labor. He ignored this, never responded and only did when I threatened a Small Claim Lawsuit for treble damages in which he said, "That is your perogrative." In addition, my mileage expenses which were due immediately upon seperation as with bonuses or commissions are due payable immediatedly. Not only did he NOT pay, even after receiving return of his property, my pay was never received. The owner portrays himself as a Christian and he is not. If you are choosing a service provider or an a potential employee, I would advise you to choose not. I am still waiting for Mileage Reimbursement from a month's ago expense report. I know this company is profitable but with such unethical procedures, it draws the question,  - Would you choose to have them service you or as a prospective employee work for them? My wages were held up every week and never paid on time which was the final straw in my resigning. I signed up for direct deposit and never received a single one even after 3 pay periods.  These are the FACTS. You can decide.
