Seshi Organic Salon WHY IS HALF OF MY HAIR GONE? Scottsdale, Arizona

I decided to return to my natural hair color, salt & pepper grey.  I went to Seshi, had a consultation Friday night.  I told the receptionist that I do not want only a consultation, but also want the hair colored and cut.  I went for the Friday night appt, and was told they had scheduled a cut for the stylist and that I would need to return Saturday.  I went on Saturday.   I have had my hair colored to the salt and pepper look before, they put a cap on and pulled the hair through, then bleached only the pulled through hair.  I looked great!  This time, I was told they do not do that;  they do a heavy weave.  Ok, I  was at the salon for 6 hours, bleaching my hair, and when I left Saturday night, I looked so ridiculous with my orange hair, that I stayed in my pajamas all day Sunday, not even going to church.  I had been told to return on Wednesday to finish the coloring.  I called Monday and told them that I could not put my life on hold until Wednesday, because I was unable to go anywhere with the multiple orange hair colors that I had.  I returned to the salon on Monday for an additional 5 hours, sitting under the hair dryer, with the bleach on my hair.  STILL, the color was orange on the top layers of hair.  I was told to return in one week and the color  would be finished.  I did not shampoo my hair for 6 days.  When I finally shampooed, to my complete dismay, I had half of my hair in my hands!  I called the shop on Monday to request a refund of my $150.00 (did not request the $40 tip returned.)  My request was denied, however, I could come back for 2 deep conditioning treatments. 

I will never step into that salon again. I do not recommend this salon...their fees are ridiculously high, and they do not know what they are doing.  It will be a year before I will have a normal head of hair again.
I will see them in small claims court!
