Seterus Inc. Mortgage and Criminal Fraud Grand Rapids Michigan

My attorney and I are putting the finishing touches on suits against my former attorney who was compromised in my battle with Seterus and Seterus itself. Among what happened was a request to provide fraudulent information for a modification from Seterus passed on to my through my attorney.

Right now what I'm trying to determine is the level of potential collusion. After I signed the documents allowing Seterus to communicate with my attorney they refused to communicate with me. I would appreciate if people reading this could write me with answers to the following questions at (((redacted))).

The questions are:

Were you represented by an attorney in your dealings with Seterus?

Did you sign documents allowing Seterus to communicate with your attorney?

Were you still able to speak with Seterus directly without the involvement of your attorney or did they refuse to communicate with you directly?

I'd never had such a problem communicating with the company when my mortgage was serviced by CitiMortgage.  That I had such problems is highly suspicious.  Your help would be greatly appreciated. Again, the email address is (((redacted))).

I've been having some success against Seterus and finding more wrongdoing. I am working toward a few class actions against them. We also have had positive responses from federal law enforcement in investigating Seterus for various forms of fraud.

I'm looking to be something of a clearing house of complaints, putting people together and helping them get started in suits, class actions or perhaps criminal charges. The more people that can make the same complaints and coordinate responses, the stronger we will be against Seterus.
