Seterus mortgage company Seterus Seterus took over mortgage now wants to for close on home Grand Rapids, MI Nationwide

Our father passed away and his mortgage was sold from chase to seterus. I have contacted seterus to discuss the mortgage amd they woyl not talk with me until I sent court paper's to them so I did. Then I contacted them a week later to make sure they received the paperwork the customer service rep on the phone was very rude amd said I would not be talking to you if we sidnt get the papers.  I recently received a letter stating if I dont make a payment immediately they will accelerate the loan and make us pay the full amount immediately and if we dont they will take immediate possion of the home.  They have bern sending harassing letters and calls. I have been trying to talk with them and they are so rude. How crazy is this the home loan gets sold to them and immediately they want to forclose on the home. I would like to seek legal advise. Once they found out my father passed chase sells  the mortgage and seterus is now demanding more money and won't work with us if we dont have a certain amount to them by mid September they will take the home.
