This guy seth roberts is the manager at palm harbor. he sold me a used home with the land in gonzales and told me it had a warranty, and everything would be covered for a year. right after i moved in i had a problem with my air conditioner. i called to have them look at it.
he told me that the home had nothing to do with palm harbor and it was some outside company and i was on my own.
he said the people who sold me the home was baters properties and i needed to talk to them.
i asked him why he said it was palm harbor when selling it to me and he said i just assumed that. so why would he be selling me something that was not from a palm harbor location if he works at palm harbor.
i now have to pay $3000 to replace an air conditioner and i am letting everyone know to never buy a home from him.
