SetSchedule Fraudulent misrepresentation Irvine CA

SetSchedule was supposed to referr 12 confirmed appointments to me for $1,500.  They failed to do so.  What they did was send fake phone numbers and people who didn't know how we got their phone numbers.  Every time I contacted them, they said that they were working on an appointment for me.  Few weeks ago, they came up with an APP. 

That app apparently sends notifictions to agents when there is a referral.  However, once you click on the notification, the notificaiton disappears.  I  have since contacted them by telephone and email to have my fees refunded.  Thus far, noone has contacted me.  I am not the only agent complaining about this company's fraudulant misrepresentation.  Today, I filed a Complaint with Better Business Bureau and have disputed the charge through my bank.
