I googled Peter Hoffman, Seven Arts FRAUD. Peter Hoffman, Seven Arts, SCAM ARTIST and the entries accusing him of Fraud in multiple jurisdictions and by multiple individuals or bodies are astounding.  Here is my story.  Let me know if you think he has committed FRAUD or its just another SCAM.

On September 18, 2009, we signed a contract with SAPX, Seven Arts, relating to the production and distribution of a film entitled Catwalk.  In that contract, the film was to be completed by December 31, 2010.  The film was not completed by that date and in fact 2 years & 2 months past that date we have heard nothing from him apart from telling us to F*** Off.  No film was ever made and our money was supposed to be "the last link" for making the movie.
 
He has now had the benefit of an "interest free loan of $100,000" for over 26 months as well as put us through legal and accounting costs which total $50,000.  

We feel mis led into making this investment, given information which we relied on which we have later found to be false and used to fund a project that was far from how it was portrayed.  We discussed with him an amicable solution for the company to exit the investment and despite offering to accommodate this he has instead ignored the situation.  He had promised to revert after his latest round of investors were supposed to be making an investment.  Many months later we are yet to hear from him.

We want to avoid a costly lawsuit but now formally have demanded the return of the $100,000 investment in full and final settlement.

Despite promising to rectify this matter he has failed to do so.  We have remained very patient and have accommodated him for many months now with a total lack of courtesy and communication from his side .  

His share price is less than 1 cent.  I guess we will have to sue him personally for Fraud.  Peter Hoffman I guess is use to this.
