Ordered $300+ order 6/25/08; credit card charged same day. It's 7/15/08 and still no receipt of merchandise. Have sent 7 e-mails - NO RESPONSE
Company claims (1) same day shipping (2) access to real people in real time (3) 24 hour turn around on all e-mails. No phone number listed so can't talk to REAL PEOPLE. They say send e-mail if questions - no response; 3 WEEKS and NO PRODUCT RECEIVED; no way to trace order.
On my receipt it says charge will appear on credit card statement as H E LONG INC; it doesn't - it reads Seven deals.
I am very frustrated with this lack of honesty by this company which makes such grandiose claims - none of which are true. Am calling my credit card company to claim the RIP-OFF

I have just received the package after 3 weeks.....I am very satisfied with the merchandise...but not necessarily the service.
