DO NO BUY at SEVEN DEALS!
I made and order with Seven Deals.com over a week ago. As of today I still have nothing, not even a ship date. Their so-called web site claims that all orders are shipped the same day of purchase. Eight days later and their tracking website shows that my order still hasn't been shipped.
I have emailed them at their bogus customer service location at CSR@SevenDeals.com 4 times now to complain about their non-existent service. So far, they have not returned one single email even after I threatened to take further action if I didn't receive a response within 24 hours.
This company charged my credit card the minute I made the transaction on their website. I have already taken immediate action before any further damage is done to my credit card especially after I have had no response from their company. Any legitimate e-business company would have responded to my emails by now.
This is their so-called POLICY quoted directly from their web site:
Provide a 30 day unconditional return policy
Provide same day shipping
Provide access to real people in real time to answer questions and concerns
Provide 24 hour turn around of emails on all business days
Provide competitive pricing
It's all a lie! Not one single item in this policy has been true. There is no same day shipping. There is no access to real people because there is no number listed on their website. No person at Seven Deals has yet to return any of my 4 emails.
Do not buy anything or waste your hard earned money at Seven Deals.com! Go to a website that uses PayPal and thoroughly check them out first via a search engine for signs of scams, rip-offs, etc.

I have had similar issues with Seven Deals aka H.E. Long Cpmpany.
I placed and order for a t-shirt that I needed by a specific date. I asked them to confirm what shipping method they use, which required me emailing them 4 times. They ignore your emails.
Finally they told me how the shirt would ship and I immediately emailed them back explaining that it would arrive too late. I requested they cancel my order.
They shipped me the shirt and charged my credit card anyway even though I sent two separate requests to cancel my order. I have emailed them over 10 times now with not a single response. However I was able to find their phone number and am now going to share it with you.
This site wins "Worst Business Practice" in my book. Terrible company, I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from their site.
