This company is a complete ripoff. They are trying to charge me a late fee that is twice my original monthly payment. I said I would resume my payments if they dumped the outrageous late fees. Carl told me even if I paid in full, they will still report I am delinquent and would not report I paid them. They have committed mail fraud, and harassment. I'll handle this with the police department. All others beware!!!
